Is my shipping tracked?

Of course, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking informaion shortly after we post your order.

Processing time?

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
All of my Items are entirely handmade,they need 2-3 weeks to create. If you bought more than one item, please allow me some more time to create your beautiful piece. You will receive a track and trace email when we post the item.

Custom and personalised orders?

Yes we will do custom orders, Not sure what are you looking for! please send us a message and we will be happy to help!

Returns and exchanges?

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 28 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders.
Perishable products (like food or flowers).
Digital downloads.
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
Items on sale.

Conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Are moss walls alive like living walls?

Our moss walls are not living walls with plants. Its 's made with preseerved moss, the moss was once a living, growing plant which has been carefully preserved to create the beautiful textured panels we use to create a moss wall. It will mot grow but look and feel like living moss.

Do moss walls need to be watered?

No, no need of water or soil.

Can I hang my Moss Wall outside?

All of our moss panels are made for indoor display only. Direct sunlight, high humidity will compromise their look and lifespan. Indirect light is perfectly fine. Direct sunlight is not recommended and will shorten the lifespan of Moss wall art as well as change its vibrant looks.

Can you install moss wall?

We only Install Moss Wall within UK mainland only. However our moss walls are very easy to install and hanging hardware will be attached with each panel, just need to hang them like any other picture frame.
