Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Ready-to-Ship Items

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mossartbyrishstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost of return and replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised items (made-to-order pieces)
• Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at [your email] before the 14-day period expires. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty.
