Processing and Delivery Time:

All of my Items are entirely handmade, they need 2-3 weeks to create. If you bought more than one item, please allow me some more time to create your beautiful piece. You will receive a track and trace email when we post the item.

The delivery method differs depending on weight, size and fragility of your items, but also on the place of delivery.

You will be informed of the name of the carrier at the Delivery stage of the order confirmation by clicking on See delivery details.  Some bigger orders may arrive in 2 or more deliveries.

I want to change my delivery address:

You can change your delivery address on the Delivery page before confirming your order, under Choose your delivery address. This change will be applied on the current order.

You can also change this information from your account, by selecting My personal information and Addresses. The change will be applied to all future orders.

If you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed, it depends on the courier service.

For delivery at home to your door, it is possible to ask the courier to change of address within the area their service covers. The request can be made to the courier after you have received the delivery details, by phone or email using the number on your purchase order. 

For a delivery in the room of your choice, you can send us a request at any time for a change of delivery address if the new delivery area is covered by the same courier or the delivery costs are the same. We will take care of everything!
